Every time we ship something at Nexubis, there’s an unspoken rule baked into the process:

So when we overhauled our entire business model - shifting from the dark ages of hourly billing to a clean, flexible subscription - it wasn’t just a pricing change. It was a full systems rethink. The Packages Page Panic

One side effect of a model shift?
We had to redesign our Packages page from scratch. A real “start with nothing and make it make sense” kind of job.

So we built an MVP. Looked decent. Sounded solid.
But then we did something most founders conveniently skip:

We sent it off to someone with zero context.
No background, no soft launch, no prep. Just, “Hey, rip this apart.”

And holy hell - the feedback was gold.

Suddenly we saw every confusing sentence, every vague assumption, every spot where we thought “Oh, they’ll get it.”

Here’s the part no one wants to admit:

Most companies don’t design from scratch.
They Frankenstein together bits and pieces from competitors and hope no one notices.

We did that too - pulled best practices, layout inspo, subscription flow examples, the works.
But then we asked one extra question:

“Where does this suck… and how do we unsuck it?”

That’s the 10% edge.
Not copying. Not reinventing.
Just choosing to dig a little deeper.

Look - there’s always a third option.

Maybe your competitors didn’t think it through.
Maybe they settled.

So stop assuming there’s some mysterious, perfect logic behind how everyone else does it.
